Key Responsibilities
- Oversee storage, picking, packaging, and dispatch of biometric hardware and office equipment.
- Implement barcode scanning, cycle counting, and perpetual inventory reconciliations in ERP.
- Negotiate shipping rates with courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery) and monitor delivery TAT.
- Enforce warehouse safety standards, fire regulations, and team productivity goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain logistics.
- Proven team leadership over warehouse staff and forklift operators.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related discipline.

- Experience managing electronic or hardware device logistics.
