Key Responsibilities

- Align product engineering, sales, customer success, and legal teams on key initiatives.
- Present program health dashboards and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Champion change management practices to ensure organizational adoption of new processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years program management experience in high-growth technology environments.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Outstanding strategic thinking, executive storytelling, and matrix management skills.
- PgMP or PMP credential preferred.
