FAQs

Questions before you switch.

What business owners and finance teams ask us most about running Sleet.

Ask anything about Sleet

Sleet AI answers questions about all four products.

How do ERP, HRMS, Accounting and GST Filing fit together?

HRMS runs people and payroll. Accounting runs GST billing and your books, and ERP and GST Filing build on it: inventory, purchase orders and warehouses on the operations side, and GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B workbooks on the compliance side. Run HRMS and Accounting together and they share employees, branches and ledgers. Sleet prepares your GST returns; you or your CA file them on the GST portal.

How is Sleet priced?

Per user per year, with no setup fee. SleetHR or Sleet Accounting on its own costs ₹350 on Basic or ₹800 on Enterprise, and both together cost ₹530 or ₹1,130. Monthly billing costs 25% more. Full statutory payroll, multi-branch billing, P&L reports and the AI Assistant start on Enterprise. Inventory and stock tracking are on the Custom plan, priced for your organisation.

Is there a free trial or a demo?

Both. The free trial needs no credit card and gives you selected features for a limited period. You can also book a free demo over Google Meet. For HR it is set up for your industry and headcount and includes a live payroll run on your own salary structure. For ERP and GST Filing, book a demo.

How do we move our existing data across?

Our team helps with assisted migration; onboarding and data migration are listed on the Custom plan, so ask sales what your plan includes. For HR we move employee profiles, salary structures, leave balances and past attendance logs. For accounting we map customers, items and ledgers and check opening balances. How long it takes depends on the size and condition of your data.

How is our data kept secure?

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, and only authorised staff can access production data. Every accounting voucher shows who created or changed it, and when. In multi-branch setups, branch staff see only their own location. Payslips are password-protected. You keep ownership of your data, and admins can export or delete it.

Are there mobile apps?

Sleet has Android and iOS apps alongside the web app; store listings are marked coming soon, so ask us about access during your demo. Employees mark attendance with GPS and a selfie, apply for leave, fix missed punches, claim expenses with receipt photos, and download payslips and Form 130 (Form 16). Managers approve requests with one tap.

Can we move from Tally, and work with our CA and attendance devices?

Yes. Tally ledgers, vouchers and stock data are imported from export files during migration. Your CA can join as a user with read-only or restricted journal-entry access, and download trial balances, ledgers and TDS workbooks without seeing HR data. ZKTeco, Matrix, Realtime and Essl attendance devices are supported. API access is limited on Enterprise and included on Custom.

What support do we get?

Email support@getsleet.cloud, or call or WhatsApp +91 82001 72869, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm IST. Basic plans include email support, and Enterprise and Custom plans get priority support. We can help in English and Hindi. For pricing or a demo, write to sales@getsleet.cloud.
