  • Stock transfers: Move stock between warehouses with a transfer document and, where needed, a delivery challan and E-Way Bill.
  • Goods receipt and dispatch: Receive against purchase orders and dispatch against sales orders with barcode scanning.

Can I manage more than one warehouse?

Yes. Each warehouse keeps its own stock levels, and you can view them together or separately.

Can I record rack or bin locations?

Yes. Assign items to a rack or bin so staff can find and pick them quickly.

How do transfers between warehouses work?

Create a transfer from one warehouse to another. Stock reduces at the source and increases at the destination, with a challan and E-Way Bill where required.

Can I get alerts for low stock?

Yes. Set minimum levels per warehouse and you are alerted when an item drops below them.

Does it work with barcode scanning?

Yes. Scan items during receiving, dispatch, and stock-take using the mobile app camera or a Bluetooth scanner.
