By accessing or using SleetHR (including our HRMS, billing/accounting, and task management products), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Use of the service
You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions & free trials
Free trials give access to select features for a limited period without charge. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select at checkout or agreed with our sales team, and renew until cancelled.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the employee, customer, and financial data you upload. We process this data solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleetHR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
