One Pipeline

Opening to Offer to Employee

  • Step 1

    Open the Position

Create the job opening, post it to LinkedIn and job boards, and add candidates as resumes come in. AI fills their profiles for you.

  • Step 2

    Interview and Decide

Move candidates through your stages, schedule interviews, and collect each interviewer’s feedback and rating in one place.

  • Step 3

    Offer and Convert

Send the offer letter from your template. When it is accepted, the candidate becomes an employee and onboarding begins.

What it does

Inside Recruitment

Run every opening from job post to signed offer, and turn the hire into an employee in one step.

  • Job openings: Create an opening with its department, branch, number of positions, experience and salary range, and assign the hiring manager and interviewers.
  • Candidate pipeline: Move candidates through your stages (applied, screening, interview, offer, hired or rejected) on a board, with every change logged.
  • AI resume reading: Upload a resume and AI fills the candidate’s name, contact details, experience, skills and current employer, ready for HR to check.
  • Job posting: Post your openings to LinkedIn and job boards from SleetHR, and track which source each candidate came from.
  • Interview scheduling: Schedule interview rounds, assign interviewers, and let each interviewer record feedback and a rating against the candidate.
  • Offer letters: Generate offer letters from templates with the salary, joining date and terms filled in, send them, and track acceptance.
  • Candidate to employee: When an offer is accepted, convert the candidate into an employee in one step, and their details flow into onboarding and payroll.

What changes

What changes on day one.

What teams notice in the first weeks of Recruitment on SleetHR.

  • Every opening, candidate and interview sits in one place instead of spreadsheets, inboxes and WhatsApp chats.
  • Hiring managers see exactly where each candidate stands, so nobody asks HR for an update.
  • Interview feedback is recorded against the candidate, so decisions are made on notes, not memory.
  • Offer letters come from your own templates, so every offer looks the same and carries the right terms.
  • The hired candidate becomes an employee with one click, with their details carried into onboarding and payroll.
  • AI reads resumes into candidate profiles, so HR stops retyping names, numbers and experience.

What is recruitment software?

Recruitment software, also called an applicant tracking system, keeps your job openings, candidates, interviews and offers in one place, so the whole hiring team works from the same pipeline instead of spreadsheets and email.

Can SleetHR read resumes automatically?

Yes. Upload a resume and SleetHR’s AI reads it into the candidate profile: name, contact details, experience, skills and current employer. HR checks the details before saving.

Can we post jobs to LinkedIn and job boards from SleetHR?

Yes. Post an opening to LinkedIn and job boards from SleetHR, and each candidate keeps the source they came from, so you can see which channel brings the most applicants.

Can we use our own hiring stages?

Yes. Candidates move through stages such as applied, screening, interview, offer, hired and rejected, and you set the stages that match your process.

How do interviewers give feedback?

Each interview round has assigned interviewers. After the interview, each one records feedback and a rating against the candidate, so the hiring manager sees every opinion before deciding.

How are offer letters created?

Offer letters are generated from your templates with the candidate’s name, role, salary, joining date and terms filled in. You send the offer from SleetHR and track whether it is accepted.

What happens after a candidate accepts the offer?

You convert the candidate into an employee in one step. Their details carry into employee onboarding and payroll, so HR does not enter them again.
