Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed project implementation plans, milestone schedules, and resource allocations.
- Conduct weekly client steering committee meetings and report on progress.
- Manage project risks, scope changes, and technical blockers to ensure timely go-live.
- Oversee software customization testing and user acceptance sign-offs (UAT).
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in IT project management or software client implementations.
- Proficiency in Agile/Waterfall methodologies, Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- Strong ability to manage difficult client situations and scope creep.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification is a major plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing ERP or HRMS software for 1,000+ employee clients.
