Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of operations executives and project coordinators.
- Establish operational KPIs, turnaround time (TAT) targets, and quality benchmarks.
- Redesign broken operational processes using Six Sigma / Lean methodologies.
- Manage vendor contracts, logistics partners, and operational expense budgets.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in operations management with proven leadership track record.
- Strong analytical expertise in capacity planning, queue management, and metrics tracking.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- MBA from a reputable institution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green / Black Belt certification.
