Can we set up our own flows?
Yes. For each flow, such as purchase, sales, production or quality, you add, remove and reorder the stages, add your own fields to the documents, and set the rules, reminders and approvers. You can change a flow at any time as the business changes.
How does Sleet ERP decide who approves?
You choose per stage. Approvals can follow the reporting manager, a designation, a branch, plant or department, or the amount, with as many levels as you need. For example, a PO up to ₹50,000 goes to the purchase head, and one above ₹2 lakh also needs the plant head and the finance head.
What happens when an approver does not respond?
Your rules decide. A typical set-up reminds the approver after 24 hours and moves the document to the next level after 48 hours. Every approval, reminder and escalation is recorded on the document.
What does the AI in Sleet ERP do?
It reads vendor bills and other documents into entries, answers questions about stock, orders and approvals in plain words, drafts a flow from a written description of your process, and flags unusual rates, excess receipts and delayed approvals, with reorder suggestions. You review what it fills or drafts before it is saved.
Is Sleet ERP separate from Sleet Accounting?
No. Sleet ERP is the operations side of Sleet Accounting. It shares items, customers, vendors and ledgers with your books, so stock movements and purchases reach accounting without re-entry.
Does it work across plants, warehouses and branches?
Yes. Each plant or branch can have its own flows and approvers, and each warehouse keeps its own stock levels, rack and bin locations and reorder levels. With multi-branch billing, from the Enterprise plan, each branch bills under its own GSTIN and invoice series, and branch staff see only their own location.
Can we track batches, expiry dates and serial numbers?
Yes. Batch codes, expiry dates and serial numbers are tracked per item, with alerts before stock expires.
Can we bring our data from Tally?
Yes. Tally ledgers, vouchers and stock data are imported from export files during migration. Onboarding and data migration are listed on the Custom plan, so ask sales what your plan includes.
What does it cost?
Sleet ERP runs on Sleet Accounting, priced per user per year with no setup fee. Enterprise, which adds purchase orders and multi-branch billing, is ₹800 per user per year billed yearly; monthly billing costs 25% more. Inventory and stock tracking are on the Custom plan, priced for your organisation.
