Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
- Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to balance cost with service levels.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key vendors and logistics partners.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce lead time and total supply chain cost.
- Monitor KPIs such as fill rate, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery performance.
- Lead and develop a team of procurement and logistics coordinators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using ERP and inventory planning tools.
- Proven vendor negotiation and contract management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process change.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce supply chains.
- Certification in Six Sigma or supply chain management (CSCP/CPIM).
