Key Responsibilities
- Assume full P&L accountability for the regional office branch.
- Direct local sales, customer success, and field service personnel to exceed targets.
- Cultivate relationships with prominent local businesses, trade associations, and chamber of commerce.
- Ensure adherence to local state labor regulations, safety norms, and office administration standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of managerial experience in branch banking, retail management, or regional B2B operations.
- Strong commercial acumen, sales leadership, and people management skills.
- Fluency in local language and English.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business.
