Key Responsibilities
- Direct all business unit operations including sales, engineering delivery, HR, and finance.
- Formulate 3-year strategic business plans and annual operational budgets.
- Evaluate strategic partnership opportunities, expansion into international markets, and M&A.
- Report directly to the Board of Directors on business unit performance and quarterly metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years executive leadership experience managing entire business divisions.
- Proven track record of scaling annual revenues from ₹10Cr to ₹100Cr+.
- Exceptional visionary leadership, capital allocation, and team empowerment capability.
- Master's degree / MBA from a tier-1 institution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise software, industrial automation, or SaaS.
