Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement gathering workshops.
- Document Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Map current and future state business processes using flowcharting tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverable readiness.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, IT services, or BFSI.
- Exceptional requirement documentation, wireframing, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks, Jira, and Confluence.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and workflow verification.
Preferred Qualifications
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
- Prior HR tech or ERP experience.
