Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 6-10 accountants, billing specialists, and financial analysts.
- Establish and enforce internal controls, accounting SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
- Manage working capital, treasury, and short-term investment strategies.
- Present monthly financial dashboards and variance analyses to the leadership team.
- Oversee statutory filings, transfer pricing documentation, and corporate tax returns.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
- 7+ years post-qualification experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Expert understanding of Indian corporate tax, GST, transfer pricing, and ROC compliance.
- Strategic leadership and stakeholder presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing IPO readiness or PE/VC audit compliance.
